Carlos Diaz

Carlos Diaz is an experienced application programmer currently serving as Application Programmer III at the University of Central Florida since August 2022. Previously, Carlos held the position of Business App Developer II at VHB from July 2018 to January 2022, where interactive and data-driven business web applications were developed for the Florida Department of Transportation, utilizing various technologies including C#, SQL, and Python. Prior to VHB, Carlos worked as a Computer Programmer at JHT Incorporated, designing courseware and 3-D simulations, and at Camber Corporation, where web forms and tracking software were created. As Lead Programmer at Carley Corporation, Carlos developed web-based courseware for government and military clients. Carlos holds a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Central Florida and an Associate degree in General Studies from Valencia College.
