Joellen Albertson

JoEllen Albertson is a skilled Unified Communications Engineer with extensive experience in various engineering and technical roles. Currently serving as a Unified Communications Engineer III at the University of Central Florida since January 2025, previous positions include Platform Engineer in Enterprise Services at Fullsteam and multiple roles at the University of Central Florida, including Unified Communications Engineer I and Analyst I. JoEllen has also worked at Cater Nation and Xerox as a Customer Service Representative and Apple Information Systems Analyst, respectively, and began a career in technical support at Sitel. JoEllen holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts degree from Lake-Sumter State College, with additional studies at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
