Mie Femø Nielsen

Mie Femø Nielsen is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as a Professor and Director at the Centre for Interaction Research and Communication Design at the University of Copenhagen since August 2001. Additionally, Mie Femø Nielsen has held concurrent positions as a Censor across several universities including AAU, ASB, AU, CBS, RUC, and SDU since January 2002, and as a teacher at Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole since August 2002. Previous roles include Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at Roskilde University from May 1997 to July 2001, as well as a PhD stipendiary and Visiting Scholar at UCLA from October 1994 to May 1995. Mie Femø Nielsen holds a PhD in Business Meeting Interaction from the University of Copenhagen, along with a Master of Arts in Danish Studies and Economics, and a Cand.comm. in Communication from Roskilde University.
