Montserrat Estruch Alrich is an experienced academic and researcher in the field of biochemistry, molecular biology, and biomedicine. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, Montserrat previously held the position of Postdoc Fellow at the Biotech Research & Innovation Centre (BRIC) at the same institution. Montserrat completed a PhD and a Master's Degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biomedicine at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona between 2010 and 2014. Additional experience includes a role as a Research Assistant in Clinical Trials and involvement in scientific collaboration at Wihuri Research Institute, as well as a PhD Student at IIB Sant Pau - Fundació Institut de Recerca Hospital de Sant Pau - Centre CERCA.
