Youssef Errami

Youssef Errami is a seasoned educator and researcher with over 20 years of experience in academia. Currently serving as a Professor and Affiliate Professor at UM6P - Faculté de Gouvernance, Sciences Economiques et Sociales, and as an Honorary Senior Research Associate at Delhi University, Errami has held notable positions including Director of the Institute of Government & Public Policy at the University of East London and Dean at ESC PAU Business School. Errami's research focuses on managerial innovation, leadership, and organizational performance, with a significant publication record that includes 18 articles in peer-reviewed journals. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Management Science from the University of Pau and Adour Countries, complemented by leadership training from Cornell Engineering.
