Aisha Ahmad-Post

Aisha Ahmad-Post is an accomplished executive in the performing arts sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Robert and Judi Newman Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Denver since August 2020. Previously, Aisha held the position of Director at the Ent Center for the Arts at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where notable achievements included creating a new Artist Series and presenting an impressive number of sold-out shows. Aisha's extensive experience also encompasses leadership roles with the Association of Performing Arts Professionals, Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, and the New York Public Library, where significant increases in event production and digital presence were realized. Aisha's early career included positions in arts management and legal support, complemented by a solid educational foundation in Music Theory and Piano Performance from Indiana University Bloomington.
