Caroline J. Fisher, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational management and leadership development. Currently serving as Principal and Senior Consultant at Culture Solutions Group since October 2013, Caroline also holds the role of Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership and Senior Consultant at Denison Consulting, where involvement spans from 1995 to the present. Academic contributions include serving as a Guest Presenter at the University of Denver, while also actively participating on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Colorado and as Chair of the Board for the dZi Foundation. Caroline owns Fisher Consulting Group, LLC, and Fisher Group Consulting, LLC, both dedicated to addressing organizational culture and teamwork challenges. Previous roles include Vice President and Consultant at ARC International and Public Relations Manager for the Town of Vail.
