Vice Chancellor For Diversity, Equity And Inclusion at University of Denver

As vice chancellor for diversity, equity and inclusion, Dr. Christopher M. Whitt will champion and foster diversity at DU in all its forms — race, ethnicity, socioeconomic background, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability or ability, religious or spiritual beliefs, veteran status and political beliefs. Prior to joining DU, Whitt served as Creighton University’s inaugural vice provost of institutional diversity and inclusion. He holds a Ph.D. in government and politics from the University of Maryland, where he also earned an M.A. He earned a B.A. in political science at Salisbury University. Whitt is also recognized nationally for his teaching as a political science professor.
