Elaine Richards

Elaine Richards is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academia and various industry roles. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of the Practice at the University of Denver since September 2024, Elaine also contributes as a Board Member for Sendle and is an Executive Advisory Board member at Northeastern Illinois University. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at 37signals, President and COO at Wyzant, and significant leadership positions at Cars.com and Rubicon Global, where Elaine drove innovation and operational excellence. Elaine holds a Doctoral (DBA) candidacy in Business from the University of Florida, a B.A. in Journalism and Business from the University of Southern California, and an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from USC Marshall School of Business.
