Laura Ralston

Laura Ralston currently serves as the Executive Director of Enrollment Management and previously as the Director of Graduate Recruitment and Admissions at the University of Denver, where responsibilities include overseeing graduate recruitment, managing communications and data analysis in CRM (Slate), and supervising staff. Ralston has extensive experience in admissions and recruitment, having held positions at The Iliff School of Theology, including Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment, and Admissions Representative. Earlier roles include Project Assistant and Resident Services Coordinator at Mercy Housing, as well as various leadership positions at Central United Methodist Church and Saranam, LLC. Ralston holds a Master of Arts in Social Change from the Iliff School of Theology and completed executive education courses at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.
