Kimberley Powles

Kimberley Powles is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the News and Media Manager for the Health and Science faculties at the University of East Anglia since November 2023. Previously, Kimberley operated as a freelance consultant and held the position of Account Director at White Tiger PR Ltd. Kimberley's extensive journalism background includes roles as Senior Reporter and News Editor at Archant, where work involved various reporting responsibilities across health and education, as well as managing a team. Kimberley's career began as a trainee reporter at the Burton Mail, where foundational skills were developed in various journalistic disciplines. Kimberley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Hull.
