Mark Sibley has significant experience in IT system support and development, currently serving as a Senior Developer and System Support & Development Officer at the University of Exeter since July 2012. Responsibilities include supporting and developing HR and payroll-related IT systems, particularly the HR iTrent system, as well as creating interfaces between on-premises and cloud-based university systems.
