Tara Lamb

Tara Lamb, M.S., currently serves as the Senior Manager of Learning & Development at The University of Georgia, where responsibilities include developing, managing, and facilitating professional development programs for over 7,000 staff members. Previous roles include Assistant Director of New Student Connections and Assistant Director of Admissions at Georgia Gwinnett College, and Admissions Counselor at Indiana State University, where Tara provided guidance on admissions processes and managed recruitment efforts. Tara also held the position of Scholars and Recruitment Coordinator at The Ohio State University, focusing on recruitment and enrollment for the School of Environment and Natural Resources. Currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Organization Coaching from The University of Georgia, Tara also holds a Master's Degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Wildlife.
