Charita Hampton

Charita Hampton serves as a Campus Solutions Leadership Consultant at the University of Houston-Victoria since December 2024, collaborating with leadership to enhance operational alignment and support escalated issues. Hampton has an extensive tenure at the University of Houston, beginning in August 2004, with progressive roles including Director of ERP Applications, overseeing a team supporting PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules, and Interim Executive Director of Scholarships & Financial Aid, managing the administration of over $450 million in aid. Hampton’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas (TX), obtained from 2000 to 2002, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from 1995 to 2000.
