James D. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Projects at JLL, where James contributed to enhancing real estate services, and a significant tenure at Hewlett-Packard/Compaq Computer Corporation as Senior Project Manager/Architect, showcasing strong management and leadership skills. Earlier roles at Compaq included Manager of Project Management and Manager of Client Management, focusing on project uniformity and cost management. James began his career as an Architect at Houston Lighting & Power Co. and holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Houston.
