James Webb

James (Randy) Webb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academia and the corporate sector. Currently serving as the Senior Professor of Practice and Executive Director of the Stephen Stagner Sales Excellence Institute at the University of Houston since January 1999, Randy also operates J.R. Webb Consulting, specializing in executive coaching, sales management training, leadership development, corporate speaking, and business consulting since 2006. Prior roles include President of the Food Division of Mars, Inc. (Uncle Ben’s) from 1991 to 1997, Vice-President of Sales at M&M/Mars from 1985 to 1991, and various managerial positions at Dial Corp from 1969 to 1985. Randy holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Florida State University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Palm Beach Community College.
