Jasmine Bullock

Jasmine Bullock is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in meetings and event operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Meetings & Event Operations at the University of Houston since January 2024, Jasmine previously held the position of Senior Dual Catering Sales Manager at JW Marriott Austin from January 2023 to January 2024. Prior roles include Assistant Operations Manager at Thompson Austin/tommie Austin, where Jasmine was part of the opening team and a World of Hyatt Specialist, and Catering Sales Manager at The Thayer Hotel during a relocation period to Texas. Jasmine's career also includes various roles at The Umstead Hotel and Spa, where responsibilities ranged from Sales and Catering Coordinator to Front Desk Agent.
