Jorge Lombana

Jorge Lombana is a seasoned graphic designer and art director with extensive experience in creative roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Creative Alumni Communications at the University of Houston since December 2020, Jorge has previously worked as a Senior Graphic Designer and Art Director in both freelance capacities and established firms. Notable positions include Senior Graphic Designer and Production Manager at Love Advertising and a long tenure at Lopez Negrete Communications, where Jorge managed graphics and print production for a leading Hispanic agency in the U.S. with a focus on creating award-winning campaigns for Fortune 500 brands. Jorge began the design career at MEDIAVISION in Bogota, Colombia, and holds an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Houston, along with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising from Politécnico Grancolombiano.
