Alyson Bell is an experienced professional in advancement and donor relations, currently serving as the Associate Director of Advancement for Stewardship and Donor Relations at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign's University Library since August 2014. With a background that includes roles such as Assistant Director and Coordinator of Stewardship and Donor Relations, Alyson has successfully managed over 200 fundraising campaigns, contributing to the generation of more than $30 million annually. Previous positions include graduate assistant roles in institutional advancement offices and libraries, as well as administrative and customer service roles at Ransom Consulting, AuthorHouse, and during her internships with Safe Passage and Obama for America. Alyson holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Ecology from the College of the Atlantic.
