Joe Manning currently serves as the Program Coordinator for Residential Inclusion & Leadership Education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, since June 2024. In this role, Joe is responsible for creating and administering educational programs focused on student involvement, leadership development, and fostering inclusion within residence halls, while also supervising student paraprofessional staff. Prior to this position, Joe held various roles at the Urbana Park District, including Athletics Coordinator and Community Programming Summer Intern, as well as multiple positions at the University of Illinois, such as Sports Camp Supervisor, Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, and Resident Assistant. Joe holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Sport, & Tourism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, alongside a high school diploma from Lincoln-Way East High School.
