Yuntaek Pae, PhD, CFA, currently serves as the Director of the Margolis Market Information Lab at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign since August 2022, while also holding the positions of Research Advisor and Director of Research at Meeder Investment Management since January 2021. With a rich academic background, Yuntaek Pae was previously a Finance Faculty member at Central Washington University from September 2016 to June 2021 and at Lewis University from August 2010 to July 2016. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Advisor at Rayliant Global Advisors and a Consultant for the American Foundry Society. Prior to these academic and advisory roles, Yuntaek Pae worked as an Equity Analyst at Allianz Global Investors and served as an Army Sergeant with the US 8th Army Korean Augmentation To the United States Army. Yuntaek Pae holds a PhD in Quantitative Finance and a Master's in Financial Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, as well as a Master's in Business from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's in Physics from Pohang University of Science and Technology.
