Jessica Baumberger

Jessica Baumberger currently serves as the Director of Web Services at the University of Illinois Springfield since November 2019. In addition, Jessica owns Resolute Design, a company focused on creating custom websites, managing client social media accounts, and conducting SEO optimization since January 2006. Previous roles include Webmaster & Operations Administrator at EA Principals, Web Developer at Millikin University, and subcontractor at DBS Hosting, among other positions in art and marketing. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Information and Communications Technology with a focus on Web Design and Development from the University of Denver, a Bachelor's degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from American InterContinental University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Graphic & Web Design from Robert Morris University - Illinois.
