Dr Richard M Crossley

Dr. Richard M. Crossley currently serves as the Departmental Director of Student Education and Senior Teaching Fellow at the University of Leeds since November 2019. Prior to this, Dr. Crossley was a Senior Lecturer in Accounting at the University of Huddersfield from March 2005 to November 2019, specializing in various courses related to Financial Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, and Corporate Social Responsibility at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Dr. Crossley has a diverse professional background, having worked as an Accountant at Sulzer Pumps and as a Finance Assistant at Norwich Union International, along with a prior career as a professional footballer. Dr. Crossley holds multiple degrees from the University of Huddersfield, including a PhD in Accounting, an MSc in Risk, Disaster and Environmental Management, a Pg Cert in Higher Education Practice, and a BA (Hons) in Law & Accountancy.
