Katherine Collins

Katherine Collins is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Officer at the University of Leeds since May 2021, Katherine collaborates on workforce planning, complex casework, and employee engagement initiatives. Previously, Katherine held various roles, including HR Consultant/Employee Relations Specialist at Skipton Building Society, where responsibilities included leadership development and managing high-volume employee relations cases. Additional experience includes positions at House of Fraser, Sally Beauty Company, Hallmark Cards, and the National Media Museum, with a strong focus on employee relations, organizational change, and wellbeing initiatives. Katherine holds a degree in Psychology & Music from the University of Liverpool, a PgDip in People Management from Leeds Beckett University, and is currently pursuing CMI Coaching level 5 at the University of Huddersfield.
