Tone Thomas Vaduthala

Tone Thomas Vaduthala currently serves as the Senior Director of Executive Programmes at Leeds University Business School since May 2016. With a diverse background in executive education and instructional design, previous roles include General Manager for Executive Education at SP Jain School of Global Management and Associate Director at the Indian School of Business. Early career experiences encompass leadership positions in educational publishing and instructional design at organizations such as Gameshastra, Next Education India Pvt Ltd, and Oracle Corporation. Tone holds a PhD in Learning Sciences from the University of Leeds and several advanced degrees, including an MSc in Senior Leadership with Distinction. Additional qualifications include post-graduate diplomas from SYMBIOSIS International University and Mahindra Institute, a BSc in Mathematics from Mahatma Gandhi University, and Executive Education from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
