Tyler Cassidy

Tyler Cassidy is a Lecturer in Mathematical Biology at the University of Leeds since November 2022, specializing in research and teaching within the field. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Scientist at Pfizer from September 2021 to November 2022, focusing on quantitative systems pharmacology in oncology. Tyler has also worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Los Alamos National Laboratory and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Institut Mittag-Leffler, as well as serving as a PhD Candidate at McGill University, where the focus was on distributed delay equations in mathematical physiology. Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from McGill University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Mathematics from the University of Alberta, complemented by various teaching assistant positions across multiple institutions.
