Tom Ledgard

Tom Ledgard is an experienced professional in career development and employer engagement, currently serving as the Head of Placements and Graduate Outcomes at the University of Leicester, with additional roles as Acting Director of Careers and Employability and Business Development Manager for the School of Business. Tom has a strong background in building partnerships between universities and organizations, focusing on enterprise activities such as executive education and consultancy projects. Previously, Tom held various positions at Coventry University, including Employer Engagement and Strategic Project Officer, where effective relationships with employers in the Engineering and Computing sectors were fostered. Tom's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Sport Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from Coventry University, alongside a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership.
