Andrew Ratcliffe is a chartered accountant and a past President of ICAEW.
He spent his career with PwC as the lead engagement partner of the audits of large international audit engagements in a range of industries. He was a member of the PwC UK firm’s Board and subsequently of PwC’s Global Board, which he also chaired. He is now a director of Barclays Bank UK PLC and chair of its Audit Committee. He is also a trustee, and chair of the Audit Committee, of the Royal College of Music and a trustee, and Honorary Treasurer, of The National Garden Scheme.
