Luc Neuberg

Luc Neuberg, PhD, currently serves as the President and Founding member of GFR® - Global Fund Risk since August 2023. Luc is also a Founding Partner and Board Member at Fair Cost Index (FCI) since January 2021, a company regulated by the Benchmark European Directive and certified by AMF. In addition, Luc Neuberg has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at ALRiM since June 2016 and became a member of the Consultative Working Group of ESMA's Risk Standing Committee in November 2023. Involved with ALFI's Risk Management Works Groups Steering Committee since January 2005, Luc Neuberg has also been a lecturer at both IAE Nancy School of Management and Université du Luxembourg. Previous roles include Director at House of Training, CEO at BCEE Asset Management, and Managing Director at Fortis Investments Management. Luc Neuberg holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences from Université de Namur and a Civil Engineer degree from the University of Liège.
