Rohana Yusof

Rohana Yusof currently serves as Vice Chancellor at UCSI University Sarawak Campus since January 2024 and has held the position of Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and Internationalisation) at UCSI since November 2021. Additionally, Rohana is a Professor at the University of Malaya since January 2019 and has experience as a deputy vice chancellor at the same institution. From March 2023 to March 2024, Rohana was Pro Vice Chancellor at UCSI University Bangladesh Branch Campus, and previously served as Director at akademi Kepimpinan Pendidikan Tinggi (AKEPT) in 2018, and Deputy Vice Chancellor at the University of Malaya from August 2010 to March 2018. Rohana's career began at the Higher Education Leadership Academy (AKEPT) as Deputy Director (Research and Innovation) from January 2008 to August 2010. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Leeds, a Master of Science (MSc) in Biochemistry from the University of Malaya, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours in Biochemistry from Lancaster University, along with an Advanced Certificate of Education from Temenggong Ibrahim Teacher Training College.
