Omar Khan

Omar Khan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Visiting Faculty at the University of Management and Technology since March 2022, Omar specializes in teaching Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior. As Principal Consultant at Chalk Talk HR & OD Consulting since August 2019, Omar has consulted for various clients in the textile and sports sectors, focusing on developing HR policies, recruitment functions, and compliance with international labor standards. Previously, Omar held the role of Director of People and Culture at wi-tribe Pakistan for over a decade, managing all aspects of HR and fostering cultural transformation. Earlier career experience includes significant positions at Ufone and Citibank, notably in training and development, quality assurance, and customer service operations. Omar's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and multiple HR certifications.
