Rina Gao

Rina Gao is a collaboration applications lead at the University of Melbourne since July 2021, where responsibilities include maturing Zoom and Microsoft 365 services and leading governance planning for AI and citizen development skills. As president of Environment Education Victoria, Rina has refreshed the organization's vision and mission and coordinated governance policies. Rina also serves as a board member for Latitude: Directions for Young People and develops digital communications strategies and modern workplace practices. Prior experiences include consulting roles at FiveP Australia and Foodstuffs North Island, where Rina focused on collaboration systems and digitized workflows, as well as positions at Vodafone and The University of Auckland in user experience and research. Rina holds a graduate certificate in IT management from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Technology from The University of Auckland.
