Silvia Garcia

Silvia Garcia is a Project Manager at the University of Miami, currently leading projects under the EMPOWER Committee to support female faculty in the field of oncology research. Prior to this role, Silvia has gained extensive experience in clinical research coordination and data management. With a background in biological sciences, Silvia has also worked in research roles at various institutions including Fernlea Flowers Ltd., Florida International University, Savannah River National Laboratory, and the U.S. Department of Energy. Currently pursuing a Master of Health Administration degree at the University of Miami, Silvia is dedicated to making a positive impact in the healthcare and research sectors.
