Kathy Draeger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainable development and environmental stewardship. Currently serving as the Statewide Director for the Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships at the University of Minnesota, Draeger connects citizen leaders with university resources and oversees five regional boards. As an adjunct professor in the Department of Agronomy and Plant Genetics, research efforts focus on organic edible dry beans, alongside teaching responsibilities. Draeger is also the owner and operator of Vangard Family Farm, which exemplifies eco-friendly farming practices, including the utilization of wind energy and certified organic crops.
