Michelle Duffy

Michelle Duffy is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the Director of Graduate Studies and the PhD Program Director at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management since 2006. Additionally, Michelle holds the title of Professor and PhD Coordinator at the same institution. Prior to this, Michelle was an Associate Professor at the University of Kentucky from 1999 to 2006, and earlier worked at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from 1991 to 1993. Michelle's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Miami University, a Master's degree in Psychology from Xavier University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of Arkansas.
