Tim McCleary

Tim McCleary is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive experience in athletic administration. Currently serving as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Business Operations & Planning and CFO at the University of Minnesota since April 2017, Tim has previously held various positions within the athletic departments at the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of Oklahoma. Prior to a career in higher education athletics, Tim gained valuable experience in assurance and advisory services at Ernst & Young and as the Director of Accounting & Finance at Gold Crown Foundation, Inc. Tim holds multiple degrees, including an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado Denver and a Master's in Accounting, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a finance emphasis from the University of Colorado Boulder.
