Dr. Ken Cyree is Dean, the Frank R. Day/Mississippi Bankers Association Chair of Banking, and Professor of Finance at the University of Mississippi School of Business Administration. Dr. Cyree received his doctorate and MBA from the University of Tennessee. He is the Director of the Mississippi School of Banking and a faculty member at the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. Cyree worked in industry as a Credit Manager in the textile industry for many years before entering academia.

Founded in 1848, the school is composed of the main campus in Oxford and three branch campuses located in Booneville, Tupelo, and Southaven as well as the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.
