Shea Mead

Shea Mead is an accomplished professional in women's basketball operations and coaching, currently serving as the Director of Women's Basketball Operations at the University of Nevada Reno since June 2015. Previous experience includes positions at Ferris State University as Interim Head Women's Basketball Coach and Assistant Women's Basketball Coach, where significant contributions were made to player development and academic support. Shea has also served as a Graduate Assistant at Central Michigan University, focusing on basketball fundamentals and training, and has held various roles across educational and sports organizations, including coaching, research consulting, and game operations for the Indiana Fever/Pacers Sports & Entertainment. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sport Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies, both from Central Michigan University.
