Barbara J. Lawerence

Barbara J. Lawerence serves as the Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer at both the University of New Haven and Rider University, bringing extensive experience in fostering inclusive environments within higher education. Previously, Barbara held the role of Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Guilford College, where the focus was on advancing equity initiatives.
