Kathy Rimmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business and career planning, values, ethics, and culture training. As the Founder and CEO of Yin Yang Consultancy, Kathy focuses on empowering individuals and organizations. In addition, Kathy serves as the Greater Bank Financial Literacy Program Coordinator at the University of Newcastle and has worked as a Training Consultant with Lexon Training Consultants. Kathy's career began as a Member Service Officer at the Australian Defence Credit Union, followed by a role in career progression at Greater Building Society.
