Michael Floren

Michael Floren is an experienced academic and consultant in data analytics, currently serving as an Associate Professor of Data Analytics at the University of North Alabama since August 2021. With a robust background in research and education, Michael has held various roles, including Director of Research Services at Practical Statistics and Program Director at Misericordia University Statistics Program. Additionally, Michael has contributed to teaching and research at the University of Northern Colorado, assisting in the design and evaluation of educational programs. Michael earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Statistics and Research Methods from the University of Northern Colorado, complementing prior degrees in mathematics and math education from Bethel University.
