Andrea Wright

Andrea Wright is currently serving as the Gender Violence Services Coordinator and Case Manager at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a School Counselor at Asheville PEAK Academy from July 2021 to April 2023, and as a Residence Hall Director at Appalachian State University from July 2018 to May 2021. Andrea also gained experience as a School Counseling Intern at Cove Creek Elementary School and an ACUHO-I Residence Life Intern at Western Washington University in 2020. In addition, an internship as a Peer Assistant for the Learning Program at Cook Counseling Center during January to August 2018 at Virginia Tech further contributed to Andrea's skill set. Andrea holds a Master of Arts in Professional School Counseling from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
