Keesha Judd, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources, having served as a Human Resources Consultant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill since May 2022 and previously at North Carolina Central University from July 2009 to May 2022, where additional responsibilities included payroll processing and customer service support. Earlier in Keesha's career, a role as a Data Operations Librarian at BCBSNC involved ensuring the accurate indexing and management of library claim data. Keesha's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from North Carolina Central University, complemented by certifications in community health from Durham Technical Community College and Robeson Community College.
