Rich Arnold

Rich Arnold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business analysis. Currently serving as the Senior Director of HR Information Management at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill since August 2008, Rich previously held the role of Director of HR Business Analysis at the same institution. Prior to this, Rich was the Vice President of R&D at Management Style, Inc. from June 1996 to March 1999 and the Director of Strategic Planning at Integral from October 1988 to May 1996. Rich began the career as a Programmer/Analyst at SYSGEN, Inc. from May 1986 to April 1988, focusing on financial, human resource, and payroll software for IBM Midrange computers. Rich holds a BS in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and attended North Carolina State University, in addition to graduating from the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.
