Bob Shea

Bob Shea currently serves as the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, overseeing various functions including finance, administration, and human resources for an institution with 18,000 students and a $470 million annual budget. Prior to this role, Bob was the Vice President for Business, Finance and Technology at Elon University, and served as a Senior Fellow at NACUBO, supporting over 2,200 educational institutions. Bob's earlier experience includes serving as the Vice President for Administration and Finance/CFO at the Community College of Rhode Island, where leadership encompassed strategic planning and change management, and a distinguished 25-year career as a Captain in the US Navy. Bob holds multiple degrees including a Master's in Strategic Planning from the U.S. Naval War College and an MBA from William & Mary.
