Dishi Hu

Dishi Hu currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Dishi Hu was a Research Assistant at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from August 2018 to May 2023 and worked as both a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Rutgers University from May 2017 to May 2018. Dishi Hu's professional experience also includes a Business Development Internship at Aon Hewitt Asia in the summer of 2015. Academically, Dishi Hu holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from Temple University, attained in 2023, a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University–New Brunswick completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Science in Logistics Management from Sun Yat-sen University, earned in 2016.
