Jason Pierce

Jason Pierce is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro since May 2017, previously serving as an Assistant Professor at The University of Southern Mississippi from May 2016 to May 2017. Prior to that, Jason held a position as an Assistant Professor at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez from March 2012 to July 2016, focusing research on discretionary employee behavior, ethical decision making, and managerial problem solving. Additionally, Jason was a Visiting Professor at Northwestern University in 2010-2011, where the teaching emphasis was on negotiation and conflict resolution. Jason holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, obtained from 2005 to 2011, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completed in 1997.
