Jose Perez is the Founder and CEO of PQH Group, Architects & Contractors, a firm Jose established in October 1982, which has since garnered a strong reputation for its work with both private and public clients across various project types in the Southeast United States. In addition to his leadership role at PQH, Jose has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Florida since January 2011, teaching a building construction class. Jose's early career included significant contributions as a lead guitarist for two rock bands, The Antiques and Catarro, from 1967 to 1976, during which Jose helped establish a popular music scene in the Miami area. Jose holds a Master's degree in Architecture and Engineering from the University of Florida, earned between 1971 and 1976.
