Denise Baxter

Denise Baxter is a seasoned academic with extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the Associate Dean of the Toulouse Graduate School and Professor of Art History at the University of North Texas since 2004. Denise has held multiple leadership and faculty positions within the university, including roles as Women's Studies Affiliated Faculty, Department Chair, and Art History Program Coordinator. Prior to this, Denise was an Art History Lecturer at the University of California Santa from 2003 to 2004. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Art History from UC Santa Barbara, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Art History and French from Vassar College.
