Trent Petrie is a Professor and Sport Psychologist at the University of North Texas, holding this position since September 1991. As the Director of the Center for Sport Psychology and Performance Excellence, Trent teaches in the APA-accredited counseling psychology program and conducts research focusing on eating disorders, body image, sport performance enhancement, youth sports, and athletic injuries.
